Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your Skingoo purchase simply return it for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and most importantly – see results. We stand behind our product 100% and will be happy to refund you if you are not satisfied.

We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase.

If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product from Skingoo, please email our team at customercare@skingoo.com  please include your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

To start the return or refund process, you’ll need to contact our customer care team at customercare@skingoo.com and they will get right back to you.

After you have reached out to request your refund, you will be issued an RMA number (Return Merchant Authorization) which will be sent to you via email (Print this document). When you return your products for a refund, please include this document. Orders received back without an RMA will not be issued a refund.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will send you a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Please email us at customercare@skingoo.com. Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled or edited. If you no longer wish to receive your Skingoo order, you are welcome to return your items within 60 days of your purchase date.
